I have had the good fortune of working with Broadway Real Estate for a little over a year. Started with a purchase of a rental unit for myself and being from out of state the purchase was flawless. I can only wish that had been the case when I used other local agents in the past. Seemed to be issues all the time. Since then I have turned over to Larry the management of some of these properties. I have finally found somebody who can run it like a business. The rest say that they have a property management arm of their office, how sadly they are mistaken.
