Had an amazing experience with Taylor and Callie!!! They helped us through a very complicated every changing sale and purchase of our old/new home! And we couldn't have been more happy with how well it went on their end the other agent for the wisconsin sale just needs to get some stuff figured out haha

I had a great experience working with Callie Brown! She was always available whenever we needed her and was able to answer any questions we had. She truly made the whole buying process easy and helped us find our forever home. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

We were fortunate enough to have Kristin Ferguson as our Seller’s Agent. We are located 500 miles from the Menominee property we were selling so it was important to have someone we could trust and keep us informed, she did not disappoint. Kristen is professional, organized and a great communicator. She responded immediately to our phone calls and resolved any issues we had in the selling process. We appreciated her honesty and trusted her guidance. We would highly recommend Kristen and thank her again for all she did for us to sell out property in a timely manner. I just wanted to take a moment to thank and recognize Mike Nowack. If you see his name on a sign in front of property just know you’re in good hands. Mike really helped me as a first time buyer! He goes above and beyond to make sure you really understand the whole process. He always makes sure your questions are answered clearly. Just an overall a great man. Very thankful to have worked with him in purchasing my land!!!

My Fiance and I happened to look at a home that Karen had listed. It wasn't the right home for us but it was very obvious that Karen was the perfect realtor to help us find our new home. Karen went out of her way to show us a home that was pretty far north and thankfully we fell in love with it. It was a bumpy process but Karen took care of anything we needed. It always felt like she was in our corner which is something we really needed through this. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Karen for helping us start our next chapter in life.

Karen worked with my wife and I for about 6 months during our home search, showing us roughly 4 properties across N.E. Wisconsin and answering our questions on way too many to remember. All calls, texts and emails were returned promptly. As our buyer's agent, she was on time to all showings, patient with our inspection of larger properties and ultimately helped us negotiate our purchase without any snags. Stressful as home buying can be, we enjoyed the process and Karen was enjoyable to work with!
