I have had the good fortune of working with Broadway Real Estate for a little over a year. Started with a purchase of a rental unit for myself and being from out of state the purchase was flawless. I can only wish that had been the case when I used other local agents in the past. Seemed to be issues all the time. Since then I have turned over to Larry the management of some of these properties. I have finally found somebody who can run it like a business. The rest say that they have a property management arm of their office, how sadly they are mistaken. Anybody can say that they can manage property, very few can and do it correctly and keep books. The time saved in finding contractors, tradesman and those to keep the properties up is fantastic. Larry knows the ropes and suggests those that have a track record, licensed, bonded and dependable and provide the service needed. All in all I wish I could have found Broadway earlier in my Michigan / Wisconsin property searches. After seeing other companies come to closings missing half of what they need and Broadway fully prepared makes for a good nights sleep.
